Looks like Steven Blum voiced a lot of people in this show, like Duke, Road Block, and Wild Bill, maybe more. Road Block sounds just like Oghren from Dragon Age :)

This IS a cartoon people. Different take on G.I. Joe. I like this version, but I've always been a fan of the 80's series which I grew up watching when they first came out.
