He may be a brilliant man, but he's a brilliant man who had hs head up his ass on the issue of terrorism for many years, just like almost every other politician in this country (and yes, that includes Bush in the first 8 months of his administration--he just at least woke up to reality AFTER 9/11, which many Dems did not)
