  • this feeds superstition...which buddha fought against. What does having a preserved body that may or may not grow hair after death prove? That a monk has magical powers? If a monk had magic powers wouldn't they use them to help us? Buddha was against magic anyways

  • they exume the monk?

  • hair and nails do not grow after death, the flesh shrinks making the nails look like they grew and forcing the hair under the skin out.

  • That's not exactly what I'm saying, but if it's necissary to learn more, and to possibly explain this anomaly then so be it. It won't happen, and I'm not bothered by that, I'd just rather people didn't just see it as some kind of miracle due to lack of understanding.

  • are u saying that they should cut open a dead and so honored monk, so u can satisfied all of ur own selfish explanation crap. Lets talk about ''reason" lol

  • I'm guessing the reason this hasn't been explained is that scientific analysis wouldn't be aloud. So It's not really that amazing, as there could well be an explanation.

  • This temple is in Saraburi, near Bangkok.

  • may i know where is this temple located? it situated in Songkhla, Southern Thailand?

  • This Monk LP Phuen (Loung Por = venerable, Monk at the age of father) , his dead body turned into a white mummy (has not been medically /scientifically preserved) , not gone decayed either and there is some hair still growing also. This sort of incident can be regularly found in well practised monks.

  • the monks think his soul is out of the body like helpin people but the nonmoks think that a docter made it so he was white but they cant explain the hair growin
