some area of kl look like any of developed city and some area look like a third world country and dirty, but most of the place are nice.
I think KL would be a nice city to live if they develop a better public transportation. it's so difficult to get around, especially from cyberjaya where the place i live.

kl has potential to become a world class city, public transport needs an upgrade and infrastructures need to me more well maintained.
