War + Media Censorship

A few words about media censorship - both in America + Israel - since the Vietnam war. An article which addresses this, can be found here full length:

A little bit of background for my American viewers, regarding DER SPIEGEL magazine: essentially, it's sort of like TIME magazine in Germany, but started out as a highly respected and independent news magazine after WW2. It's independence has largely gone downhill over the last few years, facing the same type of concentrated media-ownership, which is taking place in Germany as well as here in the US. From a political perspective, Germany is in a unique position due to it's history regarding the holocaust, for which Germany was responsible. Due to this, German politicians of VIRTUALLY all parties, find it difficult to critique the Israeli government or their policies regardless of the facts. Being more concerned about 'image' than reality on the ground, government officials are thus falling once again into line with abhorrent war crimes, lest they be seen as anti-Israel or anti-Jewish in ANY way. Thus, the same mistakes are being repeated as history is unfolding, this time, with OTHER people being wronged and as targets.

The ONLY appropriate response to this censorship is constant villification of Israel. There should be NO attempt made to tell ANY aspect of their side of the story until they allow the media FULL access.

People have a natural impulse to empathy and compassion. The people who stoke the military industrial complex know this impulse must be constantly thwarted - this is the only lesson warmongers learned from Viet Nam. At all costs, warmongers must prevent you from identifying w/ their victims.

Their parents came to argentina in 1936 from europe. And the rest of the family stayed in europe reapeared in israel in 1950. Then they moved to New York for some reason they dont talk about. They know some real heavy Zionist secrets which I feel disgusts them. They would not support Israel.

Only communist jews dont support israel. But unfortunately when the backlash comes the masses will not make that destinction. When the US falls israel will become more violent, then the backlash will come and the blind masses will not make a distiction between jews and zionists. To speak the truth there are so few anti zionist jews as to not make an statistical difference.

Yes but unfortunately the Zionist seem to get support from most Jews in this world. Hard to know for sure... But i think so and it is because they've exploited the holocaust so well. In fact, that's what the holocaust has always been. A very powerful propaganda tool.

With the actions of the Israeli gov. provoking so much justifiable rage and disgust, it's important for everyone to maintain a clear distinction between the criminal actions of the Israeli state (a political entity) and world Jewry as an ethnic class.
