relax!! this is making fun of the people who left the island in the early 50's and went to the states... their kids grew up with a mix of spanish and english or what we call spanglish.. without being able to excel on either one of the languages...

@distelrath I understand its from classic 70"s comedy but just like black people get offended and dissed when use of the N word and other derogatory terms in a negative offensive way,we Puerto Ricans get offended by the stereotype, that we are a 3rd world country.This island still a US colony since 1898 and have american passport and fought in every US War ever since.We have all the lifestyles combined of NY and Miami and we are bigger/closer/cheaper than Hawaii. Still some ppl see us like this.

@SuperWipiti Come on now! This is from a classic film called "Prime Time" that pokes fun at every gender, race, creed, and sexual orientation. There is something that is bound to offend everybody in this movie. I am a C6/C7 quadriplegic. I cannot move my legs or my right hand. My left hand just barely moves. I laugh when people make fun of me. I was born and raised in southern California, and south Americans are some of my favorite people! My last name is German. Make fun of Germans!
