Amen Richard. If we don't prosecute those who engaged or approved torture, those crimes become OURS. You and me, not the government. It is time for EVERYONE to stand up and demand JUSTICE. This is NOT a Republican or Democrat issue. This is a JUSTICE issue. Life, Liberty, and Justice for ALL! Let's not forget that!

by the way, I was a Republican delegate for Ron Paul, but could not vote for McCain because I will never condone a war mongering fool as commander and chief.
I have to say that Obama was the best choice of the two ... this is coming from a two decade republcian that is totally sick of the imperialist foreign policies!
