Hmmm! you broke the tail of the Dragonfly, this happens to be the only known fault that I know of, with these machines!! The tail unit is vulnerable to severe impacts, and usually breaks just behind the fixing screw, I know, I have been through my share of tail units!! I attempt to repair them firstly, but in the end it is cheaper and less frustrating to just go and buy another replacement tail. Then, avoid all trees and hard sharp surfaces (gutters and drains).
