@23RAIDa Knees past toes causes you to use less of your core strength/ balance, when you go super heavy it's not such an issue because you work your core just to support the weight since she's only starting out core strength is key. as for going past 90 the top half of the squat works the quads, past 90 works hams and glutes. apart from that i usually get her to touch her butt on a box. get a life mate
@23RAIDa form looks fine to me, back is straight, feet slightly angled outwards stance just wider that shoulder width, chin up, pushing through heels, knees don't go past her toes. why you wanna be a dick for? this was just so her family could see the improvement she's making, 3 weeks ago she was doing the bar. I'm proud of her.
