A video on the blog From Argentina With Love (www.fromargentinawithlove.typepad.com)showing the technique used to seal empanadas called La Repulgue-where the dough is folded repeatedly to create a spiral pattern around the edge of the empanada. These are Empanadas Mendocinos-traditional Mendoza style empanadas, filled with seasoned ground beef and baked in the oven.
