  • 32 weeks pregnant and i would fall off that ball soooo fast lol. Show me a pregnant woman doing those moves!! I was an avid runner and weight lifter before getting pregnant. I believe these moves are difficult with a large baby late in pregnancy

  • @da1nonlypam any amount will help before delivery happens... cuz if not ur leg muscles right underneath ur butt will cramp up or give out... so better to try to build up ur strength... or you will be soooo tired after delivery...

  • Jsdf2010 - I think she ment dont let your stomache stick out. Not tighten your muscles. But thats just me I could be wrong.

  • This woman needs a sandwich....

  • @Jsdf2010 -You're not supposed to do crunches b/c laying on your back while pregnant can be bad for blood pressure, circulation, etc, but you do want to use your stomach muscles a lot (there are different abs exercises for pregnant women) because you need those muscles strong to push the baby out!
