good job with the balance but you need to put your head between your arms more. if you leave your head sticking out it causes bad arching. :)

Hey! How do you do that? I´ve been practising every day for the past 6 months but can´t hold my balance!

Just keep practising!!! Try some push ups too!!
Another thing is, you have to tighten every muscle in your body, and then you try to keep your balance just with your wrists.

Thanks, and no, I am not a cheerleader.
I'm not actually athletic at all..
I just do handstands. That's pretty much it.
