Dylan how do i save it couse i click on save as and it saves it in photo shop NOT AS A PIC ????

you have to when saving, click the dropdown box that says PSD and just make it a simple image like a JPEG

Why cant I remove the extra color around the eye? Is it my settings I need help!

after youve duplicated the layer, and did the color option the color brushes black and white will make your color appear or dissapear.
