Westboro Baptist Church - Lady Gaga Parody Live in SF

TO PREFACE: I DO NOT CONDONE THE MESSAGE IN THIS SONG. this is purely for entertainment purposes only. I in NO WAY support the WBC or their hate mongering... that said:

this is a rare live concert by the 'lovely' hate mongering grand daughters of Fred Phelps sing their laughable parody of Lady Gaga's Poker Face across the street from the Jewish Community High School of the Bay in San Francisco, California.

My apologies for the low quality. i unknowingly started recording on a low video setting. the audio muffling in the middle is me accidentally putting my finger over the mic hole. yeah, i kinda botched this recording but there were like 4 other people all around me with their own cameras so I'm sure /someone/ got a good shot of it. I'll link it here if i find it.

Gaga could sue them if she wanted to. They used her copyrighted instrumental most likely without her permission.

@Everfalling if they are receiving any kind of monetary possession it is completely illegal. and it looks like there church is getting plenty of donations. The same thing happened with Weird Al Yankovic and Perform this way.

Weird Al makes it a personal point to get the permission of every artist for every song he parodies but legally he doesn't have to because parody is protected under the first amendment. Weird Al never got in trouble for the Perform This Way parody. It was simply a miscommunication between him and the management. Also i think there's a difference between donating to someone who sang a parody and buying a CD of the person singing the parody. either way i think it's still legal
