The xx- "Crystalised" Track Review

Why this UK rock quartet has taken the blogosphere by storm is beyond me. Their sound is extremely bleak and sanitized. Nothing dangerous or exciting, here. Where's the passion? Where's the emotion? All I feel here is apathy. Sadly, the only thing adventurous about The xx is their name, because the music is safer than swimming in a kiddie pool with water wings.
