I had to grab a new tripod head so I had a bit more control when doing a bit more serious filming. Hopefully this one will last me most of my life, as I hope the tripod it'self will to.

Just in case your wondering, this piece of (beautifully crafted) metal cost £109 from jessops: http://www.jessops.com/online.store/products/75648/show.html) Quite pricey for a one off, but I hope to do a bit more video in the future, so I hope it wil pay for it'self in the long run!

Thanks for watching.

  • Looks like the panning is a little hard or rough for you to do

  • @nottinmatterz2day You can loosen it off more, also it becomes smoother with time, because this was brand new - but it is very smooth and controlable.

  • Great video, but where is your desk from? cheers.

  • @whit856 IKEA....not sure if they still do it, it's pretty distinctive if you had a look through their web site.

    Thanks

  • what is a 700-300mm lens? 70-300! not 700-300! :)

  • @MrPacMe Well obviously the 501HDV is better since it's more expensive, but it all depends on your needs, budget, and future needs.

  • Great unboxing and great luck in your future commercials!
