UNHCR - Pretoria & South African Police ' s negligence, injustice & corruption

This is what happens to a refugee when The UNHCR - Pretroria is only busy selling resettlement to people who failed to get Visas to go Overseas, more specifically to the USA, Canada, Australia, Holland, Norway, Sweden, Norway Denmark doing favoritism, institutionalized corruption introduced by Isabel Marques, Jolanda Jansen, Bemma Donkoh Abel Mbilinyi and taken over by Alphonse Munyaneza and Catherine...almost all protectors coming in this pandemonium called UNHCR - Pretoria have this gangrene and when the South African Police is helpless to foreigners in general., but fast to extort bribes from them using all crooked means, to disturbing foreigners South African Police cars are working, no logistic problems, they are not too busy, but if it is to assisting foreigners, they come with all explanations.

Those people once they buy resettlement claiming that South Africa is insecure for them but when resettled they come back for visiting, in South Africa so after being resettled to a third country of asylum, South Africa s no more insecure for them.

29 / 01 / 1998. I am attacked in Durban - South Africa without any reason by about 15 men claiming to be from the South African Police.

21 / 08 / I anm again attackec by two non -nationals and two Soth African nationals, I reporeted the matter to the Police nothing was done until to date. The Police case number is 786 / 08 / 98 Point Police Durban.I sustained the leg injury leading to sleeping out and in smoky shelters then damaged lungs due passive smoking. I ran form Durban to Pretoria, I was granted reseetlement by Kindiki Kinture, Bart Learskool, Bruno Geddo and Mengesha Kebede oo fht e UNHCR but my misfortune began again when Jolanda Jansen, Isabel Marques, Abel Mbilinyi et Bemma Bonkoh were appointed as Protectors art the South African everything was canceled by them.

2007 aroud minight two armed tried to forced open my door lukily made of iron they ran away when I screamed for help , I wrote to these Protectors until they were transfered to other places I did not get any answer.

March 2010 I opened a case of intimidation against a guy who were theatening to kill me at the Brooklyn Police Station , again nothing was done to assist me, the Case n 100 / 03 / 2010 Brooklyn Pretoria.

Novembre 2010 I opened a t the same Police Station a case of intimidation against another guy who also threatened to kill me as usual the Police did nothing, the case n 814 / 01 / 2010 , because the negligence by the Police the guy went further attempting to stabb me with two broken bottles and damaging my bicycles, I called some Policemen who were at a nearby Filling Station , they arrested him and just released him aroun the corner, he came to look for me with other broken bottles, fortunately I left.

I went back to the olice to inform of the last as usual there did notjing to help me.

I consulted with Catherine, Sophie Bart , Alphonse Munyaneza, Sergio Callenor of the UNHCR they did not assist me, I Complined to the UNHCR Inspectorate General Office since 2010 they gave me a number since nothing else. I wrote to Antonio Guterres UNHCR High Commissioner HeadQuarter I got no assistance, I wrote to Ban Ki Moon again I got no assistance .

Where is this World going with such irresponsible reckless, pitiless, sadistic people as Head of the UN ?
These are the kind people who are supposed to be taken to International Criminal Court
