Ghazal is a form of poetry with two equal lines that rhyme(each called a "mesra" together called a "bayt",
for example: مهربانی سخت میخواند به چشمانت صنم ** تازه گی ها دارد این گل درگریبانت صنمso in a very poetic way it says: Looking at your eyes feels like looking at a poem, at a ghazal.
Negah here means the way you look at me. Bemasal means without comparable. => Nobody looks the way you look (at me)
