Papantonio: Perp Walks Are Good for Democracy

Rep. Charlie Rangel is under investigation for failure to report income and failure to pay taxes. This is the guy in charge of the committee that writes the tax code for the US. He's just one of many elected officials in Washington that should be part of a perp walk, along with people like Tom DeLay (although he no longer holds office) and a host of others. Mike Papantonio of Air America's Ring of Fire appears on Fox Business's Happy Hour to explain why a perp walk is necessary to preserve our democracy.
