Tip 144: Pausing in the bottom position on front squats forbids the use of the stretch reflex, thus increases intra-muscular tension, a great way to vary the strength building stimulus.

  • @TankzillaTom the red plate on the outside is a 2.5 kilo trainer plate. the white plate in between the yellow and red plate is 5 kilos. small blue plate is 2 kilos. if its a female bar its 64 kilos (140 lbs) and if its a male bar its 69 kilos (151 lbs)
