seems ike bit too much volume, and you should lose the ball fo some jumps, especially if you're training for a different sport[suggestion to other athletes]

thats what happens... i get high enough but throw off the back... and sometime it goes and sometime not, you think its more tech. or i need more jumop? if i put a video up , you think you can help me? and how do i do what your downing? when on a 10 foot rim i can do a 2 step dunk

could you natualy dunk or did u work for it?.. why can i touch the middle of the backbroad with the tip of my middle finger but cant always dont, i have trouble puttin it in man

I definitely worked for it. started liftin in 7th grade. that story is on my blog. If you can't get up with a ball in your hands all you gotta do is practice. I wish there was some secret I could give you but there isn't one. Flex your wrist at the top I guess would be the one thing to remember. you gotta throw it down not at the back of the rim

Bought your program when it was $5 and now its free lol. I'm 14 and still growing a lot - 6'1 right now.
Been trying to get my strength up, I can touch the rim now. :D True, might not sound like a whole lot for someone my size but ...
I don't have access to a full gym, just a small one for the community I live in. It has some weights, standard treadmills and stair elevators, but it doesn't have squat weights.
Whats to best way to increasemy vertical then?

well, I do have an intermediate program that doesn't require equipment. I assume you used the beginner one already. even if you have just some dumbbells at that gym, that will help a lot cuz you can use those to add weight to the strength exercises in the program. im 5'8 ..and i can barely touch the rim...sometimes i can get more than that about 2 to 3 cm..so what can i do for it?im now trying the workout for intermediate E..after that how long time i should rest for test my vertical again?

well you should be able to test it real quick before each workout. Intermediate E is a pretty high volume program tho, so its not unlikely that you'll see most of your gains after taking a week or two off after the 4 weeks of training.
