This is a great way to stay on track with eating clean or if you are trying to loose weight and diet. I always start on sunday. Watch for more details! :)

  • @coachmerhoff your statements were nice, but as for who I make my videos for it would be a waste of time. I direct my diets toward females. Most who needs tips not scientific facts. Beginners. Someone like me who is in to competing should see a coach or dietitian to go into full detail. Do you think added sodium benefits your diet? The last thing a woman wants it to carry extra water weight. Or not fir in her favorite jeans. Food have natural sodium which is needed for the body to function and

  • @wpgmistyh2o I've been doing my best. This is as frequent as I can get. As a pre-med student it shouldn't even be an option to be making videos or working or in fact making time to go to the gym but I make it work.

  • When do you get time to workout since your always busy? I ask because I want to start working out but I have the same schedule as you and I am so exhausted that idk when to work out

  • I understand this is a side thing for you, but this would just increase your validity and the benefits that people would get from your videos. Also various concepts you propose are not completely true if you read up on more research and texts. A lot of good info you throw out there, just to be honest nothing that anyone who has not watched infomercials wouldn't already know. Going beyond the basics will separate you. Unless of course you do not care. Keep rocking!

  • It would be interesting if (I have not seen other videos) you could explain why you combine certain foods and what nutrients require those combinations. This helps a lot of people to understand why they will benefit from mixing veggies with fats, etc... And make sure that you understand how nutrients are absorbed otherwise you really don't know if you get anything out of the food you are consuming. Just because you eat it does not mean you absorb it. And cutting out sodium is not as essential.

  • @xolovesteph I really find it unbelievable how you juggle so much. I need to learn how to do that! Maybe you could post a video about time management and what your schedule is like. Also, how do you find time to study and do homework for your classes?

  • omg you're pre-med? that's awesome! i would love to hear you talk more about this and your schedule! what are you majoring in and what field would like to work in after med school?...i've been wanting to do pre-med since i was little but...i kind of worry these days that it will get in the way of my fitness goals. =(
