@MrMarshMallowMan2012 You need to read the book its amazing. I love both but i think i agree with you...Raging Bull is a bit better cause its Jake Lamotta's life and a boxer's life. I used to be a amateur boxer so i can relate to it in many ways.

@BergischerLoewe I don't want to watch the film after the introduction, cos it's that good.  The music, De Niro's movements, pure poetry on the screen.

@MrSupermeah24 yeah your right that's the thing. Rocky1 hits you in a lot of aspects : struggles of life, first true love, boxing etc...but Raging Bull does the same in all other aspects as well. But like you said both great movies
