If you used a attack type against Death Quetzalcoatl you would had made a better battle with nice hits and you would had tested it's true power.You cannot expect it to win in a stamina battle against phantom orion.I new that Orion would win from the beginning.Try putting it against Blitz Unicorno or L Drago Destroy.
