Didn't WTRF use some kind of different generic theme during 1993, as well (it was before or after this one). The A&B Kia radio commercials on the stations here are using the same theme WTRF used (I'm one for paying close attention to a LOT of weird things). Trying to find out what that was called.

My grandparents had a cottage at Piedmont during the seventies and the only TV we could get was WTRF. Do you have access to old bumpers from that era?
