  • That's OK. Just practice the exercises SLOWLY. Don't TRY to use them in your solo.

  • @ebjazz so what do i do with them?

  • @Eroxter In time, they will start to show up in your solos. Learn them and forget them.

  • @ebjazz hey Eric love your stuff and im a comback player. You sure looked liked like Doc Severinsen here when you played with you hair and the stach and your expression. Youre REAL and cool! Ill be ordering your books! Rick

  • @SRV1 Thanks Rick! I ain't no Doc, though!

  • I'm really stumbling through these patterns terribly, I guess it comes with practice...but it's tough for me and I love it.

Also, this is all the keys mashed together. so when you're improving or just want to play how do you really know where to start. Like you're not going to start from the top left and play the Gb pentatonic and use all of em and call that your solo. I saw your example at the end and right now I can't do anything like that

I'm new at this so if it seems too trivial I'm sorry
