Heres a free mp3 www.donalder.com/songs/ for anyone that wants it.
The original version of this song was released on my last CD using a baritone guitar. This is a version that I just found where I used a standard pitch guitar that didnt get chosen. Song is called "Flocon de Neige" my first xmas song that was inspired from being in Avignon, France some years ago. I was sitting in the town square with a friend drinking coffee and eating bread (thats what you do in small towns in France, right). It was lightly snowing and snowflakes were falling on the beautiful carousel in the centre of the square which was now out of use as winter was arriving. I imagined snowflakes being whisked into a new direction if the carousel was spinning to represent how things can change so quickly in our lives as the earth spins (at 1038 mph. no less) Must have been the coffee and the bread haha. So its a sad and lonely song and has a bit of french sound to it. Once again must have been the bread and the coffee. Hope you like it. Peace out.
