Turtles are dangerous. Bats are MUCH nicer. Baby bat rescue goes slightly awry, but has a happy ending.

I hope a bat rehabilitator was called to either care for the bat or place it directly back into the roost. Lost baby bats can't make it back to their colonies by themselves. Our Local Rescue page at batworld. org has state by state listings for anyone needing bat help.
