What my everyday workout consist of! This is how I'm training for boot camp! Of course a healthy nutrition with proper meal planning is key to staying in shape! You can't expect to get any results if your eating junk food! "Eat Healthy, Look Sharp!"

  • im 14 and im pretty big for my size (tall not fat) i play football but i feel that footlball is not giving me enough for my body. i want to come back to school after summer with a ripped body and i have the self motivation to do it. i also think that the weight bench i have at my house isn't good enough either. should i buy insanity or wait a few more years? if so what other workouts would be good for me. (like u said about your abs) i also strongly plan on joining the air force when i grow up

  • @Icewolf241 I use Insanity as a cardio workout in the AM but I still do strength training w/ weights in the PM. Majority of the work is done w/ your meal planning though. 2 different phases when your cutting and bulking.
