@MrAaron970 Yes it works for Rock Band 3 in regular mode and Pro mode. It also works will all Guitar Hero games that support drums.

@Musketeerable The Rock Band 3 kit is very nice for a video game controller, but its is still basically plastic. If you're serious about your drums, go with the Ion.

do have to have ion drum cymbals or can u use regular drum cymbals cause i have the cymbals for the regular rock band 2 kit

@ghostrican01 as long as the cymbals or drums have the standard 1/4 inch plug in them, they will work with the kit.
