No more dandruff, why and how to naturally assist the body with healing the scalp.

Instructions for peppermint, rosemary, sage rinse.
1. Boil 3 cups of water
2. Boil the following for 5 min and steep till cool.
3. 1 sprig rosemary, 3sprigs sage, 1 packet peppermint tea.

  • @Jstan85 good look, just monitor your hair , i tend to do a lot more work outside in the summer so u may find at some time u want to wash your hair with an all natural castile soap.

  • @cupidvalentino1 Great Vid! GO natural I eliminated dairy and gluten as well, Plant oils cure everything! You are right everything has chemicals and pharmaceuticals in it its all BULLSHIT!

  • would you recommend not using oils at all? just go the herbal route? what are your thoughts on the baking soda and apple cider for washing? im trying to find alternatives because i dont really like dr. bronners, it leaves a strong scent in my hair and tends to build up, even if i delude it. love your free forms by the way. peace and blessings

    So, I knew about the whole sugar intake problem -- I just have craving stints where I desire certain foods such as sweet, salty, etc (bad I know) -- & I've always loved milk (ALWAYS) so it's hard for me to fathom life without it but I'll try cutting down...baby steps lol...

    So my question concerns the peppermint oil. What's so bad about it? Just curious since I've heard it's pretty good...
