You know what's even cooler? Actually being able to skateboard.

My guess is take something like 1/4 inch duro rock (it's used for ceramic tile) make your park then get some floor patch or some type of cement and spread it to how you want it to be.

Its wonderful to see mentally handicapped children enjoying themselves so peacefully. Even if this boy was sound of mind, but say had no legs for example, he could also play on this pretend skateboard park.
Heart-warming to see the special children play out their precious memories without the ridicule of others. Wonderful parenting to see you construct a little toy world for him.
