Well just to prove you wrong, and let you know.. Michael has used a lot of his moves in the starting of Human Nature (21 seconds of it like you said.) He did the robot dance, he spinned, moved his hands up and down, and etc..
If you actually watched a concert of his(Bucharest Tour) you would know that she(Moses) is doing the dance correctly. He adds a lot of his moves in the starting of Human Nature. No need for your criticism here.
