Very nice drills focusing on rotation. They really isolate the hip and give a snappy feeling to the gaku-zuki. It is apparent you are really generating a ton of torque. I’ve seen a few variations on this theme in some of your other videos. These videos are a great resource. Thanks for sharing.

LMFAO Andre is fake lol...Thats just funny, maybe the funniest thing I've heard all week....and I work with some funny fellas. Way to stay on the high road Andre, that impresses me almost as much as your karate.

Haha, I really think the people who want to test Andre out should actually challenge him and we, the spectators, all put money in the bucket to pay for the expenses. The person who isn't on the floor or in hospital, walks out of the contest gets the contents at the bucket. Large denominations please- minimum contribution is $100 or 10,000 yen notes. Sorted.

I wish my karate was like Asai Sensei's, but my body type is very different, and Asai Sensei encouraged me to maximize my karate according to this, & based on the princples he taught me.
If you want to see fake karate, there is plenty on the net, and if you think my karate is fake, you are welcome to train with me anytime, and find out how `fake' it is. ;-) It would be nice for you to show some of your technique, I noticed you do not have any videos of yourself.
