  • @kaneforrester It's no matter if they're quads or tris, the software converts the quads to triangles anyway. The difference is that quads are simply easier to work with. And Mudbox handles tris very well, so you don't need quad models for high polygon sculpting, the software will chew through it. Quads just makes the tools easier to use :)

  • Clean meshes for games engines yes, but quad models are for subdivision in sculpting package, triangles are perfectly fine in a game engine for a final asset. Just would like to clarify that :)
