Fastest Way to Burn Video To DVD BEST QUALITY!!! EASY!!

This is the fastest method that I have found to burn video onto a DVD, I have burned hour long DVD's in less than 20 mins. It is one of the best methods as well it maintains a high level of video quality, some of the best I have seen. It also burns any format I have tried to use. Please post any questions or comments.
