Yes it is in the Anglican hymnal... three times, no less! It's the red book:
pp. 152, 202 (a slightly dubious celebration of bodies strong and sex in a hymn... they tried... in my opinion.... or 282 (a seafaring version that is also perfect for funerals... setting sail for another cruise...).(different words for each) It's called KINGSFOLD (the melody) and is an old English/Irish hymn arranged by no less than Ralph Vaughan Williams!

The organ music came from Hi Fi Hymn Book -- they have many videos on Youtube. I only added the lyrics on top of the music, to use it in a worship service when my organist was not available.
As for drolas94, I am a United Methodist pastor in the Missouri Annual Conference. Many of these videos were recorded in my worship services.
