lol... i'm not getting into this debate over rainbows here, as i don't follow on the whole haarp thing being involved with the colors in the sky. in fact, it was just several days ago that i saw the same thing on a smaller scale just down the street from my house. no earthquakes here! BUT.. as far as the human brain being manipulated into experiencing something that is not really there or things of that nature... it's very true. one example is the God Helmet. look it up. :)
