Halo Saxophone Duet, FHS Talent Show 2010

Doug and I's alto saxophone duet to Halo by Beyonce. we'd like to thank charlez360 for writing such a fantastic saxophone piece to this song. I basically just listened by ear to get the notes, replaced the tenor saxophone with another alto and added on my own twist. I'm the lead alto in the chorus and have the 3 solos and Doug is the 2nd alto for the chorus. well enjoy our performance :)

@Dragonbeast95 -- We were just freshman in high school when we played this piece. Charles is in his mid-twenties. I love how people are critiquing us when we were only little kids playing this... It was just for a little school talent show, not like we're ever going to play it again.

Thanks, I got the minus one off of itunes. Just search "Halo Instrumental" and many results pop up. I actually don't play with sheet music. I play improvising, by ear, and by note phrasing but I could send email you the note phrases I have if you'd like. I find it much easier than sheet music.

My only real complaint is you both are too stiff, there's no emotion. If you go watch Charles (and I do understand he is older and more experienced) he really puts his heart and soul into the song, and that makes it such a good cover for him. I personally have played Sax for over 6 years, and just about 2 or so years ago I started putting emotion in my music and it makes a hell of a difference. I hope you guys continue to play music and one day you'll discover that special feeling of emotion.
