HI " machenderson" get your dictionary out and correct you own spelling mistakes
-
Awesome, I'm totally melted.

@machenderson . Yes but his nick name was just plain Huey. So I can't spell lol...gimme a break brother ...I did get a chance to see the Time Jumpers last Monday at the Station Inn in Nashville and visit with Miss Jean and they were great. Paul Franklin is a super talent as well but you can't replace ole Buttermilk John and he is missed by many. His very presence demanded respect. Thanks Vince for this song in tribute to one of the true legends of country music. It was awesome seeing it live

RIP John you were the best.. .Nashville lost a blessed son..

I was lucky enough to meet John at Jimmy Crawford's house when I took my steel there for a week of lessons. I cried when John passed away!...RIP John

@sbandymusic His name is John Hughey, not Huey, I noticed you spelled his name 3 time's this way, if you were a friend of John's ,i'd think you'ed know how to spell his name, not saying your NOT a friend of his, but out of re specked, lets get it right for the Master, of know one was better than the Mr. John Hughey

My God...this gives me chills...I was lucky enough in my lifetime to become friends with the master, John Huey, and extremely lucky to have had him play on one of my albums "Stormy Weather"...and he was his usual self.....awesome.!!!..Thank you John Huey, for everything you gave the music world., RIP my friend. You will NEVER be forgotten. And thanks to Vince for a great song in memory of the legend himself...Mr. John Huey!....enough said!
