ZOOEY FILED FOR DIVORCE ON DECEMBER 27TH, CITING IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCES.
A SOURCE TELLS US WEEKLY, "It was mutual and amicable. There was no third party involved."
BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THE "DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE" FRONT MAN'S STILL VERY MUCH IN LOVE WITH THE GORGEOUS STAR... JUST A FEW MONTHS AGO, HE WAS INTERVIEWED BY NEW YORK MAGAZINE FOR THE ACTRESS' COVER STORY AND DESCRIBED HOW THEY FIRST MET THROUGH THEIR MUSIC MANAGER.
"I'd seen her movies and obviously I thought she was very beautiful," BEN SAID, "I was just awestruck that she was even talking to me."
BUT...NOW...THE "NEW GIRL" IS NEWLY SINGLE.
