Your dad broke concrete , & that's the right technique for breaking concrete. There are other techniques for different tasks.

Hey man great video.. I'm switching from bodybuilding to powerlifting and know hammer training is intense.. I liked ur video a lot and was pretty spot on. I'm very big on doing things correctly. I got to school for kinesiology, Healy, n physical therapy so I like when I see someone who knows what they are talking a about. Thanks for the good video.
