I played the Sega Genisis of this and it still hasn't changed much except for little bit change in gameplay and huge change in graphics.

after seeing the comments below, I noticed many people saying madden is boring it get old fast etc. i used to be a madden fan until i relized every year the game was pretty much the same except for one or two features and i didn't want to pay 60$ for what i already had barely tweaked.

The face mask bullshit gets annoying very quick. The AI likes to call me on face mask all over the place. But yet when the other team almost rips my qb or wr or rb head off they dont get jack on it.

past that annoying habbit for the game. I love it

EA football games r getting stale in my opinion they have no competition every year they add 1 or 2 things to the game and a little shine and polish and then they ship it,the announcers are horrible can't wait till the license expires i just hope that the nfl and player association doesn't renew the exclusive license with EA again, look at EA hockey game it has competition and it was better then NHL2k9 my point being competition is good for sport games
