PhoneArena reviews the AT&T Impulse 4G. Even now, buying a "4G" enabled AT&T smartphone still requires you to fork over some serious cash flow, but as we continue to become inundated by them, it's only inevitable to find them increasingly on the affordable side. Plus, when you're Chinese manufacturer Huawei, you know it's going to be close to dirt-cheap. Well people, we're finally at that level as the Huawei manufactured AT&T Impulse 4G is taking off sporting a tempting on-contract price of only $29.99...

  • I hate how the AT&T logo is RIGHT under al the capacitive keys. Just takes some design out of the phone in my opinion.

  • I got this phone for the price but ended up working extra hard to get the Motorola Atrix 2...best decision for me. The impulse is great until you actually use it. Bc the ram was so low it froze too much. Also restarted alot. The camera and video were bad bc photos come out dark with a bluish tint and no detail. May be ok if you aren't going to use it much.

  • @FanOfManyThings5 Smartphones require a minimum of $15 dollars per month.
