Typical driver. They cant wait or yield for shit. I was a mechanic at a shop near tracks and I saw several drivers get cited for crossing when they shoud'nt and SIX of them were fired because they broke the goddamn crossing gate.

Well, he is at fault. The train can't swerve out of the way or come to a sudden halt.
The truck driver is respnsible for ignoring the crossing bells.

How can you tell from this video that this train was put into emergency braking? BTW...dumping air is emergency braking. Not two different things.
