Welcome to Asian Bistro a hibachi steak house bar and fusion sushi restaurant located at the Center at Split Rock on Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton.

Asian Bistro offers upscale Asian cuisine from China, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Korea. We serve lunch and dinner seven days a week. Our fish is high quality and extremely fresh. Enjoy popular specialties such as Hawaii Shrimp, Bistro Duck or Crispy Red Snapper.

Asian Bistro features several dining areas. Relax in our contemporary fashion main dining room, eat outdoors on our patio, take a seat at the sushi bar or sit back at one of the several hibachi tables. We have a VIP private room for larger gatherings.
