requested a while back by ProgPowerGenius. i suspect this song was recorded in Eb standard. this was definitely one of the hardest songs i've been asked to transcribe. there's so many licks and they're never played the same way twice. the fingerings and phrasing can get pretty bizarre as well. really challenging to keep it all straight and certainly a worthy challenge.

i'm working on a pretty crazy song request right now which still has a way to go before i can post it, but after that one alley cat is next on my list.
i actually am not too familiar with their stuff so i couldn't make a good recommendation. however, dio is my hero when it comes to singing. if you ever do a cover of one of his songs i would definitely want to know about it

i'm just recording through the built-in camera on my macbook using imovie. i have my amp set up behind me and i play to the track in my headphones, then i just synch up the track in imovie when i'm done and export it. pretty lo-tech operation
