Associated Press who every time they talk about graffiti never fail to mention vandalism, gangs, crime and tougher punishments suddenly feels sorry for this graffiti artist? if u ask me i say CIA shot this guy (they said shooters they were unknown) and blamed it on Ghadaffi!!
