  • what jump started work outs for me was I went to the gym to try zumba. i open the door and see some old as ladies trying to shake their asses and stuff and i was like "hell no". But i just got their and i told myself "I'm here, might as well do something".. so I just got on the treadmill. now i go 3-4 times a week and aim to burn about 400-500 calories. the best part is that it only takes an hour of time for me. and it goes by kinda fast if you don't look at the clock.

  • Just start out with walking around the neighborhood everyday. Don't even have to exercise now until you get in the habit of walking & then you will see that you will want to walk everyday because you want to & eventually, your mind will be like "I have to walk cause I love how I feel after." At the same time, don't smoke, like you are, & eat the usual three meals & eat healthy. Seriously, when I was losing weight, I learned that baby steps are the best way to go. So, GO DO IT THE FRIGGIN HELL!!

  • I completely agree with what you are saying. We may know you all from the videos that we watch but it is important for everyone to remember that there is more to a person then a 3 or 4 min vid. It is unfair of us to assume that we know you all. I enjoy your video and they inspire me to eat healthier. We all have our own personal struggles and allowing us to have this personal glimpse into your lives is really brave. - Love to you all!
