@pjsatori A civilian CANNOT legally posses any machine gun manufactured after 1986 (unless your are a licensed dealer or manufacturer - I think licensed security firms are in that category). A full-auto AK that was not registered before 1986 will land you in big trouble. Look online for class III firearms, you will not see a single "transferrable" machine gun (to civilians) made after 1986. You can't build one to get around the 1986 law. Have fun, shoot safe. Suppressors you can get new!

@Peter1992t Class III is only something you need to SELL that class of weapon. You can pick up a suppressor for a $200 tax stamp and a bit of paperwork. You can even build yourself a Full auto AK off a kit for around $500, pay the $200 tax stamp, register it and your fully legal, its only expensive if you get a pre built, brand name weapon (Like Colt). Then, yeah, your lookin at a good $16k.
*The more you know* ;)

@AZGuiTaRiST6o2 It's really not that bad. Just a little bit of hard work. The best way to get it out, is to shoot it out. And by that, i mean you shoot until the guns gets hot, then you shot some more. The cosmoline will melt, and boil out of the wood.
Nice 25yard shooting......That's reaching out there!

Class three is too expensive... Not worth it. I'd really like to have a supressor though.
